“Stjärnurmakarna är en rikstäckande butikskedja som har funnits i över 100 år.” The Swedish chain of watchmakers has existed since 1892. In 1944 they introduced all inclusive watch insurance (“Allriskförsäkringen”), and after world war II they started to market their own brand “Arsenal” with their starred logo (“Stjärnurmakarna”). With the silvered dial, applied white gold markers and all lume intact on dial and hands it appears quite mint. The stainless steel Arsenal we are showing here is a top model, being automatic and with date. In addition it has the Compressor Swiss patented EPSA case (34mm Brevet 313813), originally waterproofed to 5ATU (50m). The automatic 25 jewel movement has not been serviced, but runs fine if you are not going to wear it every day. This Arsenal is an interesting, well maintained entry level vintage watch in the Omega Seamaster style and size from ca 1965.
