The Junghans Dato-Chron Electronic model 123026 has an American patent inside (The Junghans caliber 600.12). The 17 jewel movement is run by an Renata LR44 battery. To adjust the rate, the back cover must be removed. The gold plated 36 x 41,3 mm case has wear, but we see no “bleeding” through the gold. Lug width is 20 mm. The original crown has lost its gold cap though. The dial is mint, with all lume intact. There is some slight pitting on the applied hour markers and the hour and minute hands. This intriguing vintage watch has very few others like it around.
