High quality vintage watch with very basic and a simple design. The applied logo and markers are very nice on the silvered sunburst dial. The lume is all intact on dial and hands. It comes fully serviced and runs within “Chronometer” specifications. The automatic caliber is number 506, has 21 jewels and is numbered 51607687. So what is special with this watch: You change the date by pushing the crown in, which is a surprising alternative to most other patents used by other brands. It works very effortlessly, and doesn’t make you wonder whether you changing the date actually inflicts damage to the mechanism (remember always with vintage watches though: do not change the date when the watch shows time between 10 and 2, that disturbs the date wheel mechanism). The stainless steel case has a diameter of 35,4mm, has case reference number is 1501, and serial number 16509446. The case has some scratches and marks on the back cover. Year of manufacture is ca 1970.
