Vintage watch gem!

Rare opportunity

Fully serviced and guaranteed

Our first gold Seamaster DeVille! They are rare, and very desirable watches especially when you find them in such very good condition as this one. Clearly, this watch has been very carefully used and probably only sparingly during its nearly 60 years! The 18 carat Omegas were much more expensive in its day than the presentation watches you can find dozens of every week, typically those with inscriptions like: “25 years” for “Company” or “Country”. This gold Seamaster DeVille has the beautiful silvered dial with gold hour markers set with black onyx. The dial and hands have lume, but all the lume is flawless and discreet. The “OMEGA” lettering, logo and date window are all applied gold and in mint condition. Both the original Omega crystal and the crown are intact, and the caliber 562 movement with serial number 23058242 has been fully serviced. The practically unworn case with reference number 166.020 SC (please take a look at the picture showing the large Seamaster logo on the back!) has a diameter of 34,5 mm, the thickness is 10,7 and distance lug tip to lug tip is 40,8 mm. The date of production is 1966 (or late 1965). You can choose the extra long strap (shown with the Omega logo buckle) if you please.

AntikA as guarantees the authenticity of this watch. AntikA does not sell watches with repainted (or “refurbished”) dials. If necessary, only original Omega service parts have been used during the last service that was performed by an Omega (and AntikA) approved watchmaker. The watch will be repaired free of charge for a period of 12 months after purchase, should it stop or start to deviate from correct timekeeping more than a minute a day. Wrong use or visible damage excepted. Vintage watches can never be regarded as “waterproof”!
