This mechanical, automatic movement was sold by Omega in Munich 29.05.1991. It differs from the models pictured in the Swatch books in 2 ways: it has a silver dial and it has a shiny dark blue leather strap (“Made in France”). The movement is ETA2840 (V8 Z2A). It runs accurately, and we think this unused collectors iten was bought at the very first opportunity, to get the very first automatic Swatch. Interesting enough, Omega sold it – so the Moon Swatch is not the first Swatch cooperation with Omega after all :).
