Similiar functions as the Heuer Microsplit. Heuer measured 1/100 of a second in 1916. Many makers came after Heuer: Lemania, Jaques (-Droz), Excelsior Park and Zenith. The movement is signed and numbered. The buckle free and tight chrome nickel case is 51 mm in diameter and16,5 mm thick, The blued steel hands and the dial are mint.Look at the divisions on the scale; the red seconds and the 90 seconds max! Difficult to date, but we think before 1940s. The steel and German silver movement runs and looks untouched. The  Swedish “Tre kronor” stamped “Stainless steel” comes with. This is a rare instrument of time!
