Starred Zenith crown
Quite a perfect gold gilt (20 micron) steel Zenith. From the late sixties. The super automatic movement is in great shape. This vintage Zenith has the desirable star logo on the dial and on the winding crown. The case is unpolished and has some lines from previous use, but we cannot see any “bleeding” (wear through the gold plating). The American term “Gold Filled” is used on the inner side of the back cover. Dimensions are: width: 33,5, length 39 and thickness 11,1 mm. The reference number on the back cover is 599 D 540. Zenith is a premium watch brand from the production period of this watch (and still is). With a vintage Zenith, you can be proud of ownership.
