Mint gold on steel Omega
Fully serviced and guaranteed
Beautiful dress watch – look at that dial!
Being a “De Ville” means a slimmer, more waterproof case. The simple reason being that there is no back cover (snap on or screw). The construction here is “monocoque”, which means this model has a stainless steel case machined out to accompany the manual, caliber 613 movement. To service such a watch, the movement is reached behind the crystal. To perform the “remove the glass” operation the crown is first removed, then a special pump must be used that produces the airpressure necessary (through the hole in the case where the crown was) to “blow out the crystal”! This Seamaster is a late production model, from ca 1972. The date can be changed by moving the crown in and out repetitively to get the correct number. Dimensions are: diameter 34,5, Total length 40 and thickness a slim 9,2 mm.
AntikA as guarantees the authenticity of this watch. Only original Omega service parts will be used during the coming service that will be performed by an Omega approved watchmaker.
