Reference number 396 4045 25 stamped on stamped on stainless steel inside back cover. Case gold plated 20 micron. Beautiful, shiny black dial with gold hands and indexes. No seconds hand. Hour and minute only (typical for slim dress watches of the day). Eterna is a quality maker, much respected for their movements. This watch is no exception. It has a 17 jewel work horse that runs accurately, and does not need a service. The square casehas dimensions 28,5 x 28,5 mm. Lug to lug 35,5 and thickness a super slim 6,7 mm. The box is very nice and roomy too, being 26 x 6 x 2 cm. This is a unisex model, both wearable for he or she. The original strap fits up to a 17,5 cm wrist. We recommend to use a factory new strap though, the old ones tend to track with use due to age off leather. Therefore a new strap is included in the sale. We date it to the mid eighties.
