Heuer divers were an instant success. The range was introduced in the late 1970s with automatic ETA movements, although most models became quartz driven around 1980. Several producers used this 42 mm French MRP “Monnin” cases, but the ones signed Heuer are probably the most desirable. And, such is also our experience. The “Mercedes” hands on this example are perfect and the crystal is scratch free. The bezel has wear, but it only adds to the charm of the “Professional 200 Metres” diver. The tritium dot at 12 is intact, and lights up splendidly as can be seen from the photo taken under ultra violet (UV) light. The movement is checked and runs accurately with a new battery. This is a vintage diver you can be proud to have and use.
