Rare, super condition vintage Omegas like this are harder and harder to find. The dial, applied white gold details and the steel hands are in mint condition. This reference 166.036 Seamaster has a rare setup with an elaborate and very decorative dial. It has white gold applied hour markers. All the lume is present, both on hands and the 12 plots between the markers and the white track. The white outer perimeter on the dial has white 1/5th of a second register, making it possible to follow the seconds hand very closely. One of the very best Omega mechanical movements is inside (caliber 752). This Cosmic has had a full service, including a new hairspring, crystal and crown. All original Omega spare parts of course. The unpolished steel, monocoque case is near mint, with only faint hairlines visible. The diameter is 35.5 and the height of the case is 38.1 mm. The case has lug width 19 and is 10,5 mm thick. If you want another strap, we have a selection of black or brown factory new straps available. at no extra cost. We assume the production date to be ca 1970.
