Presented to a police officer in 1971, we date the production of this superb gold dress watch (based on the 687584x serial number) to ca 1967. The manual caliber 25-661 has been fully serviced using only original Certina parts and is therefore covered by our 12 months warranty. The vintage Certina movements are of high quality and will easily run for another generation. Please have a close look at the back logo, the jet airplane representing so much of the modern times in the 1960s. The size is nice too, the diameter being 35 mm, thickness 9,3 and lug tip to lug tip 39,7 mm. We have fitted it with a new old stock Certina strap and buckle. Note that you will also get a brand new generic one included in the price, since the old straps are dry and will easily degrade with frequent use.
