This was popular diver in it’s time, now getting increasingly more difficult to buy because many have found it equal to some of the more expensive Seiko divers from the same period. It is a well used watch, showing it’s age! The 40,5 mm sturdy stainless steel case protects the movement. As an additional safety measure, the movement is “padded” inside the case. The caliber 8210A automatic movement has been fully serviced, so now you can take this diver in daily use (remember, it must be treated as a vintage and is not “waterproof).
The serial no. is 70500163, and the case markings are: 4-820789 Y / GN-4-5 / 52-0110. The crystal is scratched, but the bezel is well preserved (it may be a an earlier service replacement). The approximate year of production is 1977.
