We are ever so pleased to be able to offer a very near mint El Primero driven vintage chronograph. From ca 1970, this is an example of the very first 36 000 beats/hour automatic chronograph movement made. (The same movement was later chosen by Rolex for their Daytonas). The caliber 3019PHC 31 jewel movement has been fully serviced and tested by one of Norway´s most proficient watchmakers. This is a collectors dream: In our opinion both a much more attractive model than Zenith’s own and at half the price. The grey color scheme on this Movado is very elegant, and again in our opinion the best of the Movado variants. It should be added that Zenith and Movado (and Mondia for a period) were sister companies at the time therefore offering the same high standards. The stainless steel “Sub Sea” case with reference 2533 has dimensions: Diameter 38, length 43 and thickness13,5 mm. The Movado signed bracelet fits writs up to 19 cm.
