This is the first “technical” gray dialed Omega Geneve Seamaster we have seen. The beautiful, subtle dial is perfect. The applied white gold hour markers being prominent and thickened by the use of white inserts. It has a late serial number (31664362) for the manual caliber, “adjusted two positions”, 601 movement, so the dating is ca 1971. The 35 mm case diameter and 10,20 mm thickness puts it in a slightly larger size than the average Geneve Seamaster from the period. Lug tip to lug tip it measures 41,3 mm. Now fully serviced and guaranteed for 12 months. As an extra, somewhat unusual bonus for a vintage watch, this watch has been successfully waterproofed.
