A most elegant vintage watch! Rare in both layout and condition, this splendid all steel Seamaster avoids both luminous material (Tritium) and the complication of a date function. We have many customers preferring this configuration, but we are finding it more and more difficult to source watches like this one. The silvered dial without a date window and the applied, white gold pointed baton hour markers are in near perfect condition. Both the markers and the steel hour and minute hands have black insert. Looking on the dial with a loupe you can notice that the hour markers are not equipped with lume dots along the dial periphery. Under the hour marker 6, you can find the SWISS MADE print standing proud alone without the familiar “T” for lume bordering the text. The case reference number is 135.012, and the fully serviced manual caliber 601 movement has serial number 2328068, dating this Seamaster to ca 1966. Please note that the “600” under “Seamaster” on the dial stands for a manual wind Omega having the caliber 600-family movement inside. Case dimensions are: diameter (without the crown) 32,5, the thickness 9,4 and the distance lug tip to lug tip 38,3 mm.
