A beautiful Seamaster from 1961. The around 1960 dating can be recognized by the longer shaped lugs and more sturdy steel case than the models from the mid sixties. The long “S” in “Seamaster” on the dial and the shape of the hands also gives away the dating. The dial, indexes and hands are especially attractive on this vintage watch: The applied hour markers and Omega logo are made from white gold, the indexes with black onyx inserts. The pointed “dagger” seconds and hour hands also has black inserts. The seconds hand is a service replacement. The no lume silvered dial is in splendid condition! (and the silver is faintly striped vertically). The case is unpolished and very strong, with the distinct Seamaster logo on the back. Case dimensions are: Diameter 33,5 mm, lug tip to lug tip 41 and thickness 11 mm. The caliber 562, serial 19071925, 24 jewel movement has been fully serviced and is guaranteed for 12 months.
