36mm of stainless steel Seiko from 1971. “Water resistant “. A very well kept automatic with quickset date (you pull the crown out half way and turn). These kind of Seikos have much in common with the Swiss dress/sport watches from the same period, and they were in much the same price-ranges when new. This is a nice example, the case having only minor scratches and marks, with a close to mint silvered dial with applied indexes and intact lume. Nice also are also the corrosion free hands, with all the luminescence material in place. We have fitted it with a new sporty perforated, black leather strap (Condor). The automatic movement seems to be untouched. It has not been serviced by us, but runs steadily and keeps time within +/-30 seconds/day. Movement caliber is 7005A/823. The dates changes very close to 12, and this movement is clean. A beautiful vintage at a reasonable price.
