A very special dial for a Tissot from the early sixties. It looks older than it is. Having the bulls-eye black center, with the gold surrounding it, makes for a watch that stands out. There is some pitting on the gold outer ring, but the gold applied “T”, hour markers and hands are a designer’s delight. Some will also consider this dial to have gone partly tropical. The case number is 41500 – 42500-6, and the back has a fully intact Seastar sun engraving. It’s manual movement has been fully serviced (caliber 781).The slim 34 mm case is only 8,3 mm thick. This vintage will separate itself from most other models from the day, and will be a perfect conversation piece at a modest price.
