Seldom found, this model has a lot going for it: Stainless steel, silver dial, early Zenith star logo on dial and crown, automatic movement and a seconds hand. The watch has seen little use, runs ok, but does deserve a service.
Markings: Stamped on the back cover 608 D 175. The 25 jewel movement has caliber number 17240 (and we have not been able to find information on this caliber model at all). The prominent ball bearing on the rotor might be a significant clue: Could it be made by Eterna for Zenith? Case diameter is 26mm, and this watch dates from ca 1970.
