A rare stopwatch. Other ref 906 timers have the Heuer logo under the subdial. These timers were used to measure short time lapses. Geared to stop at 1/10 sec intervals, this one shares the basic caliber 736 also used for measuring 1/100 sec – the so called 3 minute timers (after scale on the subdial). This decimal timer runs to 300 seconds (5 minutes) on the subdial. Untouched movement and fully functional. Diameter 57,2, thickness 18 mm., Movement is signed Ed. Heuer, but the casing tells the assembly date to be after 1964 (Heuer-Leonidas SA 1074035).
